Olexander Wlasenko's pigment on paper works explore the intersection of cinema with drawing. Citing a range of vintage 60s film, the artist captures discrete moments from light Italian comedies, Ukrainian folk tales and Soviet documentaries.

Someone, Somewhere will be shown in conjunction with Representing Cinema: The Art of the Film Poster, curated by Carl Lavoy of the Thames Art Gallery in Chatham, from the collection of Otto Buj.
